There are no seats to count and no activation server. The only thing we ask is that you don't resell the source graphics themselves.
Individual packs are a one-time purchase and include free updates for the life of that pack. Only the Full library tier is annual, and that's because it includes everything we ship during the year.
Yes — every product card and product page renders the actual graphic live in your browser, animated, before you spend anything. Beyond that, the free assets page has six production-grade graphics you can download and put on a real station with no account and no email wall.
Checkout takes cards directly. If your company needs a PO or a consolidated invoice across several packs, email us and we'll raise one — that's normal for integrator and full-library orders.
Import the .bog into your station's palette, drag the graphic onto the equipment you're serving, then bind the points. Typical first install is about three minutes; after that it's under a minute per unit because the components are reusable.
Every pack ships with an INSTALL.pdf that walks the same steps with screenshots.
No. The graphics bind to ordinary ords and tags, so if your points are already named sensibly you're mapping existing bindings, not rebuilding them. Nothing about our packs requires a particular naming convention.
No. Packs import as a separate palette and sit alongside whatever you already have. Nothing is replaced until you deliberately swap a view over, and you can run ours and your legacy px pages side by side indefinitely.
Yes. Once the files are in your hands you can deploy them to whichever station the license covers, including sites hosted by the client or a third party.
N4.10 through N4.15 are actively regression-tested before every release. N4.8 and N4.9 are supported — they work, we just don't test every release against them. AX and R2 are not supported and we have no plans to add them.
Yes, alongside Chrome, Edge and Safari. High-DPI stroke scaling under the 4.15 launcher was the one place this bit us, and that was fixed in v2.2.4.
Every pack is responsive. The same graphic reflows from a 10″ wall tablet outside the mechanical room, to an operator workstation, to a phone at 2am. Touch targets are sized to be usable with gloves on.
If a Niagara update breaks something we shipped, we fix it and push the update to everyone who owns that pack at no cost. That's the whole point of free updates for the life of the pack.
Yes, and it's deliberately trivial. Every graphic reads from three color tokens rather than hard-coded fills, so rebranding a whole site is editing three values in one file — not touching each graphic.

Yes — you get source files, not a locked binary. Extend them, strip parts out, or use our components as the foundation for your own library. Plenty of integrators buy one pack purely to standardize their in-house style on it.
That's what custom work is for. Send the equipment list and we come back with a fixed quote and a delivery date, usually within one business day. Two revision rounds are included, and you get the source files exactly as with a stock pack.
They do, and we treat this as non-negotiable. The VAV graphics implement a dual-maximum reheat sequence: above the cooling setpoint the damper opens for more 55°F primary air; in the deadband the box sits at minimum ventilation flow; below the heating setpoint it holds minimum airflow and opens the reheat valve first, only raising flow once that valve is wide open.
A graphic that shows a damper swinging open while the zone is freezing teaches operators the wrong thing.
Install help, binding questions, and anything not behaving as described. Replies come from someone who has commissioned a station — not a ticket queue — typically within one business day.
Yes. If a pack isn't what you expected, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it. Digital goods, no quibbling, no need to justify it.
Any time. Purchases stay in your account permanently, so a new engineer or a rebuilt machine just means logging in again.
Updates are announced on the changelog and pushed to your account automatically. Subscribe to the monthly email if you'd rather hear about new equipment libraries as they land.
