Equipment Builder Export Credits

Add export credits to an existing NiagaraUI builder license. Select the matching builder and a pack of 25, 50, 75 or 100 credits.

How AHU Builder refills work

1. For the clearest match, sign in to My Licenses and purchase credits from the license you want to refill.
2. Use the same checkout email address as your original license purchase.
3. After successful payment, you receive an export-credit key by email. Enter that key in AHU Builder > License / Credits to add the purchased credits to your balance. No reinstall is needed.
4. If the purchase cannot be matched to a single license, NiagaraUI support must confirm the correct license before issuing the refill.

Good to know

• Requires an existing license for the selected builder; this purchase does not include a new application license.
• Credits do not expire and add to your current balance when redeemed.
• For AHU Builder, each completed top-level export uses one credit. Building, editing, saving and previewing do not use credits.
• Credits are specific to the selected builder and license.
